Treatment Massage's Privacy PolicY For Personal Health Information
The information used to maintain your medical records related to bodywork is considered Personal Health Information and is protected by HIPPA. Your Personal Health Information is not shared unless there is request with signed permission from you.
Canceling, Rescheduling, and No-show Policies
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment: Mark requires twenty-four hours advance notice for appointments 60 and 90 minute in length, and forty-eight hours advance notice for appointments 2 hours or longer in length. Failure to do so will result in fees due for the full scheduled session time.
Failure to show for a scheduled appointment will result in fees due for the full scheduled session time.
Payment refund policy
Payment will only be refunded for pre-paid appointments that are canceled with enough notice as per the Canceling, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policies. If payment needs to be refunded to your credit card, any fees related to the processing of the transactions will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
